Hello! I'm Halee, the proud co-owner and founder of Happy Hoomans Petcare! My husband Daniel and I co-own Happy Hoomans and love being able to work alongside one another! My idea to start this business came to life after struggling to find a trustworthy dog walker for our Jax— my Great Pyrenees pup, who I absolutely adore! I wanted a service that would care for my fur baby like family, and I realized there was a gap in the market for providers who aligned with my needs. So I decided to create a brand that focused first and foremost on the happiness of the hoomans—because if the humans are happy, the pets will be too! Before this, I worked at Chick-fil-A as The Director of Operations. There, I was taught the importance of going the extra mile, providing excellence, and always showing care and kindness to everyone —and those values have stayed with me as I have built this business. I’ve made sure to equip myself with the proper certifications, including pet first aid and CPR, and I’ve secured insurance to ensure the safety and well-being of every pet in my care. This venture has allowed for us to provide for our family while also doing something we are truly passionate about. I get to stay home with my daughter, Evie, spend time with pets, and connect with so many wonderful people. I love every minute of it! Hi friends, my name is Daniel. Co-owner of Happy Hoomans Petcare. I work full time at Chick-fil-A as a General Manager of a store in Richardson, Texas. I am close to my tenth year at Chick-fil-A and the skills I use everyday in this business have their foundation in the experiences I have had serving thousands of people and meeting/developing hundreds of co-workers and leaders. I love working with pets and have always had pets in my house growing up. There is nothing quite as reassuring as a companion that will be by your side in every season. I help most by monitoring the legal, financial, and detailed side of our family business ensuring stewardship of every part of what we do. I have a passion for building a business and brand that has and will have a positive impact on everyone who comes into contact with it. We serve with care and love every pet we come into contact with, but my passion is found in the impact we have on their Hoomans. Meet Jaxson Rae Beck, affectionately known as Jaxy Poo! This gentle giant Pyrenees has stolen the hearts of many and became an integral part of our team (hence the logo). Jax is always up for an adventure, whether it's a hike in the mountains or a cozy cuddle on the couch. While Jax's mischievous side may have led to a few casualties (RIP to my AirPods and countless other belongings), his boundless love and loyalty make it all worth it. He's not just a pet; he's a cherished member of our family, bringing joy, laughter, and endless love into our lives every day. When your furry friend boards with us, joins a group walk, or attends daycare, Jax will be there to make sure they feel right at home, offering companionship, playtime, and endless tail wags.

Sarah, Pet Sitter

Sarah is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Purdue. She brings extensive experience from her three years as a General Manager and Multi-Unit Manager at Panda Express, where she excelled in leadership and operational efficiency. Beyond her impressive career, Sarah has a genuine passion for animals. She has experience pet sitting on Rover and has been caring for friends’ pets for years. Sarah has a 6-year-old Labradoodle named Benji, who is a beloved part of her life. In her free time, Sarah enjoys watching movies, building Lego sets, and gardening. Sarah assists with visits and walks, bringing her enthusiasm and care to each pet she meets.

Kasie, Pet Sitter & Janitor

Kasie (affectionately known as Mama K), left her job in the dental industry to join us here at Happy Hoomans on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays! She assists with visits, dog boarding, daycare, pet taxi rides, weddings, and dog washes! Mama K currently has two Goldendoodles named Sam and Sophie! In her free time she loves catching snakes, frogs, turtles, spiders and just about anything else you can think of! She has been known to leave food out for the neighborhood birds and raccoons and to rescue any stray she sees on the side of the road. When you meet her, you’ll be charmed by her thick Southern accent, quirky sense of humor, genuine heart for people, and of course, her love for animals!
