Minimum Requirements

Pay starting at $18+ an hour

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive to and from client homes.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes.
  • Must genuinely love and be willing to care for all types of animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, amphibians, pigs, small mammals, and exotic pets.
  • Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access.
  • Must be physically capable of walking dogs, handling leashes, bending, lifting reasonable weights, and performing basic pet care duties.

Position Requirements

This position may require prolonged standing, walking, lifting, cleaning, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, handling pets of varying sizes and temperaments, and exposure to pet-related messes including urine, feces, vomit, and shedding.
